| 摘 要： | 所谓技术创新机制是指技术创新与市场需求之间矛盾得以不断展开和解决的一系列动力、规则、程序和制度的复杂系统。在现代企业制度框架下,相对于私营企业、中小型企业以及现代企业制度建立以前,大型国有企业技术创新机制具有自己的特点。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation mechanism means the complicated system of a series of driving forces, rules, procedures and systems involved in the development and settlement of the contradiction between technological innovation and market demand. The author holds that compared with private, medium-sized and small enterprises, technology innovation mechanism in large state-run enterprises has its own characteristics in the frame of modern enterprise system. |
