| 摘 要： | 文章解读了《孙子兵法》中的为将之道,主要是要具备“智、信、仁、勇、严”五种素质。这五种素质可以分别解读为:“知彼知己、知天知地、利害变通;辅国以忠、谋业以敬、言而必行;唯人是保、厚而能使、爱而能令;恃智果敢、因形取势、避实击虚;严明教道、严修赏罚、严于律己”。这五种素质可以为教师素质提供有益的借鉴。
