| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的教育政策与教育法规既有联系又有区别。从联系方面来看,二者在本质上是相同的,但又有着重大区别。要根据国际形势和国内现实状况,吸收借鉴古今中外的理论成果和成功经验,加大改革力度,加强教育政策与教育法规协调配套,抓好教育政策、法规的落实,从而解决教育实践中存在的突出问题,促进教育事业健康发展。

| Abstract: | At present,education policy and education regulation not only have relation with each other but differ from each other. On the aspect of relation, the two are the same in nature, but also have great difference. We should absorb theory achievement and successful experience from past and present, home and abroad; strengthen reform; improve the coordination between education policy and education regulation; put policy and regulation into practice according to international situation and national realistic condition. We should solve the dominant questions existing in education practice in order to develop education undertaking |
