| 摘 要： | 通过对我国目前发展阶段的总体状况分析 ,论述了小康社会与全面建设小康社会的主要区别 ,以及新型工业化道路与传统工业化道路的本质区别。指出 ,走新型工业化道路是中国全面建设小康社会的关键之所在。

| Abstract: | The paper dissertates the main difference between the moderate wealth society and building the moderate wealth society in all-rounded way as well as the basic difference between the new industrializing road and traditional industrializing road according to the general situational analysis of present Chinese developing stage. It is crucial for china's building the moderate wealth society in all-rounded way to follow the new industrializing road. |
