| 摘 要： | 荷兰的高等教育评估最早可以追溯到1575年的莱顿大学。从建校开始，莱顿大学就将质量放在大学发展的首位，这个时期荷兰的高等教育评估尚属起步阶段，还没有形成全国统一的质量和评估体系。荷兰高等教育评估模式的形成过程是从最初的集权化影响到实行高等教育立法改革，进入21世纪后，荷兰政府继续完善质量监控体系和评估机制。通过对最新的资料信息研究，全面系统地考察了荷兰高等教育评估现状和最新进展，包括评估机构、评估目标、评估程序、评估标准等，并探讨其未来发展趋势。
