当代中国转型期社会冲突中的非理性及其扬弃

“促进社会和谐”是十七大的主题之一,而当代中国正处于社会转型期,也是社会冲突的高发期,所以要促进社会和谐,就必须有效化解社会冲突。而人的非理性是社会冲突的参数,它既能加速社会转型进程,也会加剧转型期社会的混乱。因此,在当代中国社会转型期的社会冲突中,必须积极强化非理性因素的积极作用,弱化其消极作用,实现非理性与理性的协调统一,使非理性的作用与社会规律相一致,从而全面促进社会的和谐发展。

Human Irrationality and Its Sublation in Social Conflict During Contemporary Chinese Social Transformation

Construction of a socialist harmonious society is written into the 17th National Congress Report.Social transformation is undergoing in contemporary China,where frequent occurrence of social conflicts must be resolved by the promotion of social harmony.As a parameter of social conflict,human irrationality can speed up the process of social transformation,or it will otherwise deteriorate the chaos therein.Therefore,a balance between irrationality and rationality is urgently needed to maximize the positive side and minimize the negative side of irrationality.In this case,the influence of human irrationality can go well with the law of social development,and the society can be developed in a harmonious way.
