| 摘 要： | 文章主要阐述了博士学位论文开题的课题查新。首先，论述了在网络环境下博士学位论文开题查新的必要性；接着分析了博士学位论文开题中存在这些问题:对开题查新的认识不够，论文选题不恰当，对自身研究工作的新颖性不明确，对研究课题的创新点表述模糊；还阐述了博士学位论文开题查新的步骤和方法；最后论述了博士学位论文开题查新的质量控制。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to do novelty searches on line for a PhD dissertation proposal. It starts with discussing the necessity of novelty searches on line for a PhD dissertation proposal, then analyzes the problems in presenting the proposal bad understanding of the searches, improper proposal, ambiguity of the novelty of the research project, and ambiguity of expressing creative point. The paper explains the steps and methods of novelty searches on line, and finally it demonstrates how to control the quality of novelty searches. |
