中国发展农业的特殊背景及相应要求

从国情出发 ,采取与国外对比的方法 ,通过大量数据图表 ,分析出中国发展农业的特殊背景 :人多耕地少 ;人口绝对值增加快 ;占世界人口比重大 ;农业设施底子薄 ,生产水平落后 ;农业综合生产力落后 ;农业生产规模小 ,经验分散 ;农业人口素质差 ,劳动生产率低。针对这些特殊背景 ,提出了我国发展农业的相应要求 :提高单位面积产量 ;保证较高的农产品增长率 ;力争稳定增产 ,做到自己养活自己 ;长期增加对农业的投入 ;积极发展为农工业和为农事业 ;大力推进农业产业化进程 ;加强农村教育和农民培训 ,提高农业劳动者素质 ,以便广泛吸收先进的科学技术

Research on Special Background and Countermeasures for Agriculture Development in China

According to the internal situation, the special background of agriculture development in China is analysed with a great deal of data and charts by compared with foreign countries in this paper.In China there is more population and less cultivated land,and absolute value of population is increasing quickly,and the proportion of population occupies a dominant position in the world,and agricultural facilities have a poor foundation,so the production level and synthesis productive forces of agriculture are backward.At the same time agriculture production is of a smll scale,and management is decentralized,and agricultural population is of poor quality,and the productivity is low. Corresponding to these conditions, several countermeasures are presented: elevating grain specific production and growth rate, developing actively agricultural business, carrying forward vigorously industrialization course,training and educating agricultural labors to advance their quality so as to acquire advanced scientific technology.
