| 摘 要： | 基础教育英语课程改革呼唤一批能教善研的卓越英语教师。高师院校英语专业应该以实施“卓越人才培养计划”为契机，准确把握卓越英语教师内涵，通过改革课程设置、加强人文教育和思辨能力训练、创新实践教学环节、整合优质资源等途径，着力探索卓越英语准教师的培养模式，为基础教育输送高质量拔尖人才。

| Abstract: | The English curriculum reform in primary and high schools is in urgent need of a great number of outstanding English teachers who are good at both teaching and researching .This situation provides the impetus for the normal colleges to reform its English major in accordance with the Pro-gram of Training Excellent Personnel .Various connotations of outstanding English teachers are dis-cussed in the paper and some training approaches are suggested such as reforming the syllabus , strengthening the humanities education and fostering the critical thinking ability ,innovating the step of teaching through practice ,and integrating the quality resources ,in order to seek a new mode of training excellent English quasi-teachers demanded by the basic education . |
