| 摘 要： | 高新企业技术创新是一个成功与风险并存的过程。对高新企业的技术创新风险进行预警可以防范或减少风险,从而提高技术创新的成功率。预警指标体系作为研究的基础,需要科学合理的构建。通过把握构建原则,构建相对合理的指标体系,对高新企业技术创新风险预警指标包括技术风险、管理风险、生产风险、财务风险、市场风险、环境风险等全面分析,确定指标权重,即可为风险预警奠定理论和数据基础。在实际操作中,高新企业可对自身技术创新过程中遇到的各种风险进行相应评分,与风险权重进行加权求和,从而得出企业技术创新活动的总体风险水平,进而有效减轻或控制超出预警阈值的风险。
