| 摘 要： | 毕业生就业市场的建立是市场经济发展的必然要求。毕业生就业状况与学校就业指导和就业服务的质量和水平有着直接的关系。就业市场信息的反馈又有利于促进学校学科专业结构和人才培养结构的调整。高校应建立规范化的毕业生就业市场,以适应市场经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Market economy requires the establishment of employment market for graduates from higher institutions. The status of employment has close relation with the institution' s employment guideline and service quality. The feedback of employment information could also promote the adjustment of institution' s specialties as well as talent structure. In order to meet the needs of market economy and provide a better service, a higher institution should construct a standardized employment market for its graduate students. |
