| 摘 要： | 银行在国际贸易结算中越来越发挥着不可替代的中枢作用 ,而信用证项下的融资作为银行的中间业务 ,入世后将成为国外银行同国内银行争夺的重点业务。因此 ,了解信用证项下银行融资业务的风险 ,采取行之有效的防范措施就具有重要意义。
