摘    要:传统人文学术素以经学传世。但经学的学术底蕴迄今不明。这导致本土学术高低不能以本土标准衡量的现象,墨家学术亦无深入认识的台阶。此文以《大取》关键字考释揭示"经"具有学术水准标尺功能。此功能源于"经"要求文言所含前提与负面判定呼应。这个水准是判罪文言应该具有的水准。"语经"是墨家在继承夏商周刑制思想形成的判罪论证的文言规范。它是本土法学根基之一。

Abstract:Failure to clarify the academic essence of Chinese canon in the traditional humanities handed down from ancient times leads to lack of objective and native standard for Chinese native academic level,including Mohist theory.An analysis of the Key Words in Daqu indicates Chinese nanon's function of measuring academic levels which originates from the pretension of the Chinese Canon that the pre-conditions conform to the negative decision in a context.Chinese canon which originates from the juristic ideology of the Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasties actually serves to standardize classical Chinese for conviction,thus,is the basis for the jurisprudence theory of China.
