| Abstract: | There is equality and win-win relationship between employment company and undergraduate,both bases on each advantageous requirement to take up independent choice,its conception and behavior are deeply affecting the employment process of undergraduates;both should changeover conception positively,by making an effort to resolve worries between each other,in order to eliminate barriers for undergraduates' successful employment. |
