扩大湖北农业对外开放的思考

随着我国对外开放的不断深入,中部地区凭借其资源和区域优势,日益成为外商投资的重点区域。中央提出"中部崛起"发展战略,更为中部地区提供了难得的发展机遇。湖北是中部农业大省,占据九省通衢的交通要道,应抓住机遇扩大开放,高效利用外来生产要素,积极整合资源优势,促进对外交流,推动农业走出去,开创农业对外开放的新局面。

Consideration on Expanding Opening-up of Agriculture in Hubei Province

With further expanding of China's opening-up,the central parts of China are increasingly becoming an important area for foreign businessmen to invest with the advantages of their resources and geographic location. Furthermore,the development strategy "The Rise of Central China" carried out by the central government has provided rare development opportunities for the central parts of China.Located in central China with agriculture as its economic priority,and with developed inland traffic network,Hubei province should catch opportunities to open wider to the outside world,actively integrate advantages of resources and promote foreign communication so as to push its agriculture into international market and make its agricultural development take on a new look.
