| 摘 要： | 与黑龙江省相比,新疆与周边国家开展边境贸易的条件十分优越,边境贸易的发展对新疆经济贸易的发展,甚至对中国对外贸易的发展有一定的影响。当前新疆边境贸易发展中仍存在商品科技含量低、贸易国别集中、进出口商品结构单一、人才和资金短缺、宏观调控乏力、周边国家政策不稳定、口岸条件有待改善、贸易结算机制有待完善等制约因素,采取相应的对策是新疆经济贸易工作中一项极其重要的任务。

| Abstract: | Compared with Heilongjiang,Xinjiang has many favorable geographical advantages in developing border trade.Border trade is very conducive to the economic development in Xinjiang,even to the foreign trade in China.At present,however,there are many unstable factors in frontier trade in Xinjiang,such as commodities with low scientific and technological contents,concentrated trading countries,single economic structure,shortage of professionals and funds,wobbly macro-regulation,unstable bordering countries,port conditions needing improvement,and trading and settlement mechanism needing perfection. |
