时代特征与“民族的科学的大众的文化”

在中国共产党历史上曾有两次明确提出了文化纲领一是毛泽东在抗日战争时期提出的;二是江泽民在中共十五大报告中提出的.两个文化纲领都坚持了文化形态的三原则,即"民族的科学的大众的文化",但反映的却是中国共产党在不同时代、不同时期和不同地位的文化建设任务.两者之间既有传承与发展的关系,又有特质与内涵的差异.

Features of Times and "the Popular and Scientific Culture with Peoples' Specific Characters"

In the history of the Communist Party of PR China, cultural highlights were explicitly put forward twice. One was put forward by Mao Zedong during the anti-Japanese war and the other by Jiang Zemin at the Fifteenth Conference of the Communist Party of PR China. Both cultural highlights conform to the three principles of the cultural property, i. e. the popular and scientific culture with peoples' specific characters. However, they reflect the different duties of cultural construction in different historical periods with different emphases. Not only is there the relationship of inheritance and development between both cultural highlights, but also there exists the difference concerning the specific characters and inherent properties.
