鄱阳湖生态经济区人才集聚环境评价研究

以鄱阳湖生态经济区的人才集聚环境为研究对象,以县域为研究单位,构建人才环境评价指标体系,通过因子分析法对鄱阳湖生态经济区的各个县、市的人才集聚环境进行打分并排序,评价各县、市区人才环境。结果表明,鄱阳湖生态经济区人才集聚环境发展极不均衡,人才集聚环境发达的县、市区很少,且其得分远高于其它县、市区;市区人才集聚环境明显高于县域;而发展较好的县人才集聚环境高于某些市区。建议通过重视欠发达县、市区的硬件投资与软政策建设等方法,改善当地人才集聚环境,汇聚优秀人才。

On the Evaluation of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone's Talent Environment

Talent aggregation environment in Poyang Lake Ecological Ecoeconomic Zone is studied through examining the situation in different counties and a talent appraisal index system is constructed by grading and ranking different county＇s talent aggregation environment through factor analysis method.The results show that the development of talent environment is imbalanced.The number of developed countries in this regard is small,and their score is much higher than those of underdeveloped countries.Urban talent environment is significantly higher than that in the country and talent environment in some developed counties is better than some cities.It is suggested that the local talent environment be improved through hardware investment and policy stipulation in order to aggregate more talents.
