| Abstract: | Opening to the outside world, after the foundation of our country, has become an inexorable trend to propel the development of social productive force. Especially, the recent 20 years have seen that the opening up strategy exemplifies its function for the economic achievement of our country. With China's access of WTO, new trends emerged from the course of opening to outside world will produce more active impact upon our economy. |
