| 摘 要： | 目前,高校人力资源管理存在一些问题,教师的作用没有得到有效发挥,因此以人为本构建人力资源管理体系非常必要。通过教师聘任、培训和激励机制的建立,可以促进高校人力资源优化,并能充分发挥人力资源在人才培养中的重要作用。
