西南科技大学哲学社会科学发展的现状与对策

近年来,我校哲学社会科学有较快的发展.但仍然存在一些问题,如研究人员学历结构和学科领域分布不甚合理;青年教师中高层次科技人才较少,高学历研究人员比例偏低;学院、研究所、学科之间交叉、联合不够.因此,学校哲学社会科学研究能力整体水平不高,高质量、高水平的科研课题数和经费都太少.针对存在的问题,作者提出了建议.

Current Situations of and Solutions to Development of Philosophy and Social Science in Southwest University of Science and Technology

In recent years, philosophy and social science have developed very rapidly, yet there existing many problems, such as unreasonable academic structure and subject distribution, lack of senior scientific talent among the younger teachers, lower proportion of advanced researchers and unsatisfied interaction and combination among schools, research institute and subjects. These lead to the inefficiency of philosophy and social science research and the short of researching subjects and expenditure. To these problems, solutions are made.
