摘    要:文化的生成与发展是由经济制度 ,特别是生产方式的变革客观所决定的。当代中国正经历着由计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转轨。市场经济是依赖于物质交换 ,来确证需要、权力、能力以及价值的高级经济手段 ,必然要求人们在物质文化观念上尊重和满足自我正当利益 ;市场经济又是能力经济 ,也必然要求在行为文化观念上摆脱人身依附 ,走向自主自律

Abstract:The formation and development of culture is objectively decided by the changes of economic systems, especially by the changes in the mode of production. Presently, China is undergoing the change of track from the system of planned economy to that of market economy. Market economy is a kind of high level economic method that depends on material exchange to confirm people's demands, power, ability and value. It necessarily requires people to respect and satisfy on marterial and cultural concept the proper benefit of their own. Market economy is also ability economy. It necessarily requires people to shake off the bad habit of clinging on somone else. On behavioural concept, everybody should march toward independence and self determinatin.
