| 摘 要： | 近代以来，电报作为西方的先进技术传入了中国。同治光绪朝，西方人在福建沿海私设陆路电线，遭致民间力量的反对，清政府为平息争端把陆路电线收归官办，并在福州开办了中国第一所电报学堂。虽然福州电报学堂开设一年旋即停办，却为中国的电报事业培养出第一批先进人才。通过对档案资料的挖掘和分析，重新论述电报学堂开办的始末，在考证福州电报学堂开办地点的同时，也探析了福州电报学堂毕业生在近代电报事业上所做的贡献。

| Abstract: | Since modern times,the telegraph has been the western advanced technology into China.Tongzhi Guangxu years,Westerners in coastal Fujian privately laying land lines caused opposition of local people,so the Qing government tried to quell the dispute to recover government land wires opened in Fuzhou,China’s first telegraph school.Although Fuzhou Telegraph School opened a year and immediately closed,it was as China’s first batch of telegrams advanced ca-reer training personnel.Through the archives of mining and analysis,re-opened the discussion around Telegraph School. The location of Fuzhou Telegraph School is under research,and also explored is the contribution of Fuzhou Telegraph School graduates in modern telegraph. |
