基于演化观点的知识中介基础问题研究

在国内,关于知识中介的研究尚属空白。从中介的演化观点出发,提出了知识中介的基本概念,认为知识中介是指在知识的网络化市场中,通过中介主体自身的多元化组织学习,结合客体的知识需求和问题,以知识(产品)为中介对象,对知识(产品)进行接触、挖掘、关联、再造的组织形式。在分析知识中介产生和发展动因的基础上,界定了知识中介的内涵与功能,论述知识中介的基本特征,并最终对知识中介的产生、概念和特点进行系统的界定和论述。

Research on the Knowledge Broker Based on the Viewpoint of Evolution

The research on the knowledge broker is in its starting point in our country now.This paper puts forward the basic concept of "knowledge broker" through the viewpoint of evolution.It argues that the "knowledge broker" is a form of organization in the knowledge network market,which,by means of multi-learning,contacts,develops,correlates and re-creates the knowledge(products)on the basis of the knowledge demands and questions of the objects.The paper also analyzes the reasons for the development of knowledge intermediary and discusses its functions as well as its basic characteristics.At last,the paper summarizes the essence of the knowledge broker.
