从公私辩证看我国社会主义改革

二元对立的公私观往往强调斗争性而忽视统一性,并且往往走向＂公一元＂和＂私一元＂两个极端,违背公私辩证统一规律,应当摒弃。动态辩证的公私观强调公与私是动态的、辩证的、统一的,主张公与私的角色是可以转换的,公是私的整合,私是公的分解,倡导活私开公、公私共济。动态辩证的公私观应当成为我国社会主义新改革基本遵循的原则。

Viewing Socialist Reform in China from Publicness-privateness Dialectics

The dualistically opposite publicness-privateness view always emphasizes conflict,but it neglects unification,and always slips into the two extremes,＂publicness monism＂and＂privateness monism＂,which violate the dialectical unity law of publicness and privateness,and should be abandoned.However,the dynamic and dialectical publicness-privateness view emphasizes that both publicness and privateness are dynamic,dialectical and unified;and it claims that the roles of publicness and privateness can be switched：publicness is the integration of privateness,and privateness is the decomposition of publicness;it also advocates activating privateness and opening publicness,and that publicness and privateness should help each other.So the dynamic and dialectical publicness-privateness view should be seen as the basic rule for the new socialist reform in China.
