契约、信息与科技信用

作为科技活动相关主体的职业信用,科技信用对于科技事业发展具有重要意义。从完全契约理论看,科技活动中存在信用信息的不对称,这是导致科技信用缺失的客观原因。从不完全契约理论看,科技合同旨在规范科技行为,但也无法完全避免信用缺失。治理科技信用缺失,需采取包括科技合同管理、科技信用教育、社会监督机制等在内的综合措施。

Contract,Information and Scientific and Technological Credit

Scientific and technological credit,as a professional credit of a related subject,is important to scientific and technological development.In the view of complete Contract Theory,the asymmetric credit information resides in science and technology activity,which is an objective reason of credit deficiency.In the view of incomplete Contract Theory,technological contract is aimed at norms of scientific and technological behaviors,but it can not remove fully credit deficiency.To control credit deficiency,we must adopt comprehensive measures including contract management,credit education and social supervision.
