| Abstract: | We know that lots of problems lie in the capital structure of the state enterprise of our country. All these problems come from both the institution of the country and the improper management of the enterprise. We should increase the power of the reformation, accelerate the recomposing of the assets and optimize the management structure so as to improve the efficiency of the capital increment of the state enterprise in our country. |
