| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的逐步完善,高校校办企业的发展呈现了一定的上升势头,但其固有的体制缺陷也逐步显现;只有在高校校办企业中建立现代企业制度,实现真正的法人治理结构,高校校办企业才能健康、稳定地发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy, the school-run enterprises in colleges have been developed rapidly. The defects of the present enterprise system have also become prominent. To ensure the healthy and steady development of school-run enterprises in colleges, it is advisable to establish modern enterprise system and the structure of management by juridical person. |
