| 摘 要： | 本文以中国环境规制手段及其执行效率为考察对象。首先,对中国历年以来的环境规制方式进行梳理;其次,选择几种具有典型代表的规制方式的执行情况进行考察;最后,对影响中国环境规制手段执行效率的影响因素进行详细分析。通过分析得出结论：中国的环境规制手段以行政命令型为主,执行成本较高,加之地方政府的经济保护主义和唯GDP取向等因素,中国的环境规制手段虽然方式众多,但是执行效率并不理想。

| Abstract: | This paper observes the ways and efficiency of environmental regulation in China.Firstly,it gives an overview on the ways of China’s environmental regulation all the time.Secondly,it studies the execution of several typical regulation methods.Finally,analysis on the efficiency of regulation and relative influencing factor was made in detail.After study,it is concluded that China’s environmental regulation is mainly based on administrative order and the efficiency of implementation is not good. |
