| 摘 要： | 数据库信息产品可以获得的7种法律保护,即著作权法、反不正当竞争法、商业秘密法、商标法、特别知识产权法、合同法及刑法.各种法律保护方式都有其特点和相互之间的联系,我国应借鉴欧盟和美国的数据库立法经验以完善我国著作权法体系.

| Abstract: | This article discusses that databases can be protected by seven legal methods. They are copyright law, anti\|unfair competition law, business secret law, trademark law, sui generis right law, contract law and criminal law. The authors analyze the differences and relationships among these legal protection methods, put forward some suggestions on the revision of the current copyright law using legislative experience of USA and EU, and add many new academic achievements to the database study field. |
