| 摘 要： | 在土地、淡水、能源等资源性产品供给紧约束条件下,集约型消费增长有利于引导和激发企业的集约型生产,推动能源和自然资源的节约利用,促进国民经济的内涵式发展,最终实现人口消费与社会、经济、资源和环境的全面协调可持续发展。该文通过分析经济增长所面临的经济发展困境的发生机制,认为居民消费模式影响和制约消费增长,进而推动经济发展方式的转变,在资源性供给紧约束条件下,通过改善居民的消费模式,是实现居民消费增长可持续性发展的一个重要条件。
