我国高速公路融资方式述评及其融资体系的构建

我国高速公路建设最大的瓶颈就是资金短缺,而原有融资方式具有较大的局限性,不能满足市场经济条件下高速公路建设资金的需求。解决问题的出路在于,继续完善已有的高速公路融资方式,并在此基础上创新各种适应市场经济发展的融资方式为突破口和未来支撑点,最终形成完整的高速公路融资新体系。

Analysis of our Country's Highways and Establishment of Financial System

The bottleneck of our country highways' construction is lack of capital, while primary financing means have bigger disadvantages. The primary financing means don't meet the supply of highways construction capital in market economy. The way of solving this problem is that we continue to perfect primary financing means,and innovate all kinds of financing means which can be adapted to market economy, and form a completely new type of highways finance system.
