对双语教学的几点理解

现代社会里,双语者不断增多,双语交际和保存正在萎缩的乡土语言和民族语言的需求也越来越强烈。然而,在各类语言教育中,至今还没有十分重视双语现象和双语教学的考察研究。文章提出,双语教育对于母语教育、民族地区的通语教育、对外汉语教育和外语教育都是必要的、有针对性的,也是及时的。应该把它作为语言教育的一项方针性的改革措施。文章在界定双语教育有关概念的基础上,阐明了语言教育中贯彻双语教学的理论依据和实践意义;指出双语教学应该根据各种语言教育的不同要求采取不同的教学方法,体现不同语言教育的个性,进行切实多样的创造。

On Understanding of Bilingual Education

In modern society,the number of bilingual speakers is constantly on the rise,The demand for the bilingual communication and for preserving the local languages and national languages which are withering be- come greater and greater,However,in the language education of various kinds,the study on the bilingual phe- nomenon and bilingual education has not been attached much attention,This paper points out that bilingual edu- cation is essential,directed and timely for the education of mother tongue,common language in the areas of mi- nority nationalities,TCSL education and foreign language education,It should be taken for a reform measure of guiding principles,By defining the related concepts of bilingual education,this paper throws light on the theo- retical basis and the practical significance of carrying out bilingual education in language education,It also points out that bilingual teaching should take different teaching methods in accordance with the different requirement of each language,embody the identities of different language and make practical and various creation.
