| 摘 要： | 道德是人类社会特有的现象,是经济基础的反映,是人类精神文明一个重要组成部分,道德是通过人们的内心感受与社会舆论,调整人们之间关系的行为规范,起着经济、政治、法律、行政手段所不能起的作用.所以任何社会、任何阶级都非常重视道德建设.师德是职业道德的组成部分,是教师职业行为、品德规范.它通过善良与丑恶,高尚与卑鄙,诚实与虚伪,光荣与耻辱等观念,约束教师行为,调整教师之间、师生之间关系.
