| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会需要建立一套科学、合理、适用的综合评价指标体系。本文分析了和谐社会的科学内涵和基本特征,然后根据建立指标体系的若干原则,提出了由7类37个具体指标组成的指标体系,并提出了确定指标权重、标准值以及进行综合评价的基本方法。

| Abstract: | It needs a scientific,rational and operable comprehensive assessing index system to build harmonious society.In the article,the paper analyzes the scientific connotation and basic character of harmonious society,then advances an index system involving seven categories and thirty seven concrete indexes according to some basic principle of constructing index system.At last the paper advances the way of defining index weights,standard value and how to carry out comprehensive assessment. |
