| Abstract: | University governance based on stakeholders is a multiplex system of higher education management in which stakeholders including government,staff members and students in institutions of higher learning,the work world and community groups jointly participate and cooperate on the basis of partnership.The foundation of university governance based on stakeholder is right and benefit,its framework is the relation of partnership,and its decisionmaking mechanism is the council of stakeholders. |
