| Abstract: | The construction of the service-type government is the pattern of Chinese public administrative reform goal.It is the posi-tive acceleration of the objective demand of the course of Chinese marketing reform and the course of the democratic political construc-tion.It is the positive acceleration of construction of the service-type government in the old industrial base.It is the important guarantee to realize the strategical aim of promoting the north-east industrial base of China. |
