Construction of Regional Innovation System on the basis of Industry Cluster

To establish the industry cluster on the basis of the network of division of labor based on specialization through the conformity of different productive elements and sectors can strengthen the core developing capability of regional economy. Regional innovation system is related to industry cluster in many aspects, such as area, structure, function and object, so the key point for the building of regional innovation system is the policy condition for the formation and development of industry cluster.
