高校德育应注重学生学会共同生活的教育和引导

学会共同生活是高校德育工作的基础,也是大学生思想素质的基本要求。由于社会经济体制改革对高校德育工作的影响,基础教育阶段没有完成学会共同生活教育,独生子女的亲和需要强等原因,大学应注重学会共同生活教育。为此,高校应从丰富高校德育内容、建立健全育人机制、加强师德师风建设、重视班集体和寝室文化建设等四个方面,加强对大学生进行学会共同生活教育。
