| 摘 要： | 竞争法立法模式可分为制定统一竞争法典的台湾摸式、反垄断法典与反不正当竞争法典并立的德国模式和大量的有关竞争的单行法并行的美国模式。台湾模式适应了垄断与不正当竞争两类反竞争行为日益结合、危害极大、须一并规制的时代要求,乃最先进模式,我国竞争立法应采此模式。

| Abstract: | The lawmaking mode of competition law can be divided into the Taiwan Mode that constitutes unitive competition code, the German Mode that anti - monopolization code and anti - injustice competition code coexist, the USA Mode that large numbers of single - line laws on competition are parallel. Monopolization and injustice competition increasingly combine and infinitely endanger,the Taiwan Mode is applicable to the actual request that must govern the two anti - competition behaviors together and is the most advanced mode, the competition lawmaking of our country should take this mode. |
