| Abstract: | In the recent years, there have been existing different opinions on the research of rent-seeking theory in various perspectives. This paper makes a analysis from the angle, information incompleteness and asymmetry, i.e. a new game theory pattern, arguing that advantageous information that a rational person possesses is the probable and important cause of the fulfillment of rent-seeking chances. Besides, this paper proposes several suggestions to keep rent-seeking behavior within limits at present. |
