The causes of unfair justice are: There are some problems in constitution to justice; The internal administration of justice is not so good; We have no external environment of rule by law. Some measures to tackle them are : To guarantee the independent justice;To improve the internal administration of justice ;To foster the external cultural environment of rule by Law. |
