| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,中国国内形成了新的利益关系体系,但原有利益空间的基本结构依然存在,国家、基层和民众仍为国内利益空间中的三大结构。作为社会存在,这三大利益结构之间的差异并未发生本质上的改变,因此,在抗战役政推行中,三大利益结构之间始终存在利益博弈,产生了众多复杂的纠纷,内耗了抗战力量。但此类博弈在本质上主要属于具有自在性的社会问题,必须从社会问题的视角加以讨论,才有可能逼近其真相,认识其存在与演变规律。
