互联网开拓了大学生的思想视野,丰富了大学生的科学知识,但互联网这把"双刃剑”,也对大学生的思想观念、思维空间、价值取向、行为方式等方面产生了负面影响.因此,应尽快建立网络信息管理的监控机制,强化网络安全管理,提高思想政治教育者的网络把关意识,建立使用计算机网络应遵循的道德规范及相应的法律、法规,对大学生开展上网心理健康教育等对策,切实减少互联网对当代大学生的负面影响.

But like a coin of two sides, the Internet alsohas negative effect on the students' ideology, thinking space, value orientation, models of behaviour and so on.
