| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会需要有一个相对和平、稳定的国际政治环境。若能准确地把握吉林省周边国家与我国关系的现状及发展趋势,采取灵活务实的外交方针,争取东北亚地区长期的和平稳定,对吉林省实现跨越式发展、全面建设小康社会具有一定的现实意义。

Understanding the situation and the development trend of the relations between China and the bordering countries of Jilin Province, adopting flexible and concrete foreign policies and keeping peace and stability in Northeast Asia is of momentous current significance for the quick development and construction of the well-to-do society in Jilin Province. |
