| 摘 要： | 社区工作者是加强城市社区建设的主力军。由于他们的职业身份不明确,现实中存在的诸多问题使得社区工作者不适应新型社区建设的需要。因此,明确社区工作者的职业身份,进行专业化、职业化、规范化的管理,建设一支高素质的社区工作者队伍是当务之急。
