| 摘 要： | 以西安中小企业为研究对象,分析了西安中小企业产学研联合创新背景.通过对西安中小型科技与机械工业企业的产学研联合创新情况进行问卷调查,获得249份有效问卷,利用spss11.5软件分析调查数据,提出了强化西安中小企业产学研联合创新的建议:加强政府引导;加快科技成果转化;健全相关法规等.
