| 摘 要： | 中国当代宪法学者界定概念时注重揭示宪法的本质，但过于抽象，距操作层面较远。对于宪法概念的认识，不能仅仅局限在“法”这个层次上来考察其内涵，应从哲学的高度来考察宪法概念的多层次性。

| Abstract: | Contemporary Chinese scholars engaged in studies of constitution tend to unravel the essence of constitution, but their studies are often abstract, far from operationality. To better understand the concept of constitution, we need to probe into the multilayered nature of the concept of constitution rather than merely focus on its essence in light of ＂law＂. |
