| 摘 要： | 科学的、具有针对性的热身活动,对足球训练或比赛是非常必要的。热身充分,能使球员在身体上和心理上为训练和比赛作好准备。使球员逐渐适应运动,提高训练或比赛效果,最大限度地降低损伤。

| Abstract: | Warming up activities prior to a football game is absolutely necessary in that sufficient warming up activities can enable the players to be well prepared both physically and psychologically and can help the players to gradually adapt themselves to the training or the match and to lower the possibility of injury to the minimum. |
