| 摘 要： | 为了对高校思想政治教育绩效进行有效评价，首先从学科建设、专业教师队伍建设、学生培养和社会效应四个维度构建了绩效评价体系，然后利用网络分析法并通过SuperDecisions软件对指标体系中各个指标的相对权重进行了分配，所建指标体系可为评价高校思想政治教育绩效提供一种有效的参考工具，也可为提高高校思想政治教育水平提供量化依据和评判标准。
